Every cabinet is constructed from 1.2mm cold-rolled steel and subjected to a 48-hour burn-in test before leaving the factory.

    OEM/ODM Service Scope

    Customization options include: LOGO engraving or vinyl, cabinet color matching to venue branding, LED strip configuration, claw strength curve adjustment, and multi-language UI burning. 3D renderings are provided for approval before production begins. MOQ starts at just 10 units for most models. For new clients, we support trial orders of 2–5 units to validate machine performance—claw accuracy, coin acceptance rate, and link-play latency—before committing to full production.

    Quality Control Process

    Our QC workflow covers five checkpoints: incoming material inspection, in-process sheet metal verification, pre-paint surface check, post-assembly functional test, and pre-shipment final inspection with video record. Clients receive progress photos at each stage and can request live video factory tours. This transparency ensures the finished goods match the approved 3D design exactly.

    After-Sales Commitment

    We maintain 1,200 SKUs of spare parts in stock, with dispatch within 72 hours of confirmation. Remote technical support is available via video call, and installation guides with annotated diagrams are provided for every machine.
